Painkiller was a kind of experimental project to show the past of a person as a pain in terms of non linear structure. Rather than telling the backstory of the patient, we just narrated "pain point" of her and how it is connected to the central idea of the film, the film has multiple layers in it, the more you watch the film, the more you find something new in it.
